Terms and Conditions

The 3-Year Free Servicing Offer covers the first three manufacturer-scheduled services for the vehicle.

To qualify, services must be completed within the manufacturer’s specified service intervals, as detailed in the vehicle’s service booklet.

The service schedule is as follows:

1st service: Within 13 months of first registration

2nd service: Within 25 months of first registration

3rd service: Within 37 months of first registration

In addition, each service must be carried out within 1,000 miles of the scheduled service mileage, whichever occurs first.

The offer includes all parts, fluids, consumables and labour required to complete the manufacturer-scheduled service. This may include items such as engine oil, oil filters, air filters and other service components specified by the manufacturer.

The offer does not cover wear and tear items or repairs outside of the scheduled service requirements, including but not limited to brake pads, brake discs, tyres, clutches, batteries, wiper blades and any additional maintenance or repair work identified during a service.

Services covered under this offer must be carried out by a Mitsubishi Motors Authorised Dealership in the United Kingdom. No reimbursement, compensation or credit will be provided for services completed by independent garages or non-authorised repairers.

The offer may be redeemed at any participating Mitsubishi Motors Authorised Dealership in the UK and is not restricted to the dealership from which the vehicle was purchased.

The Free -Service Plan Offer is non-transferable (unless transferred with the vehicle where permitted by Mitsubishi Motors), has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded in whole or in part.

Mitsubishi Motors reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time for future vehicle purchases without prior notice. Such changes will not affect customers who have already qualified for and received the offer.
